Note: Those who are responsible for the Probate Properties may get offers for a “quick sale” – cash buyers willing to purchase properties in “as is” condition with or without the remaining personal property. These buyers can move quickly but typically pay only 50% to 65% of the home’s value. We will sell the home for full price.
