In the past few years Kathy and I have each had a parent pass on and we realized how difficult settling the estate can be. Because of that we have built a team of local professionals specifically to help the family members reach their goals of settling the Estate with as little hassle as possible.  In the event that the Estate or Trust has real estate to be sold, we can provide value in several ways:

(1) List and sell the property on the open market: We can create a customized strategy to get the property sold in the shortest time for the highest price using our Power of Sold System.  On average we sell our homes for top dollar and in a timely manner.

(2) Handle any personal property in need of removal: There are so many things to worry about when settling the estate you don’t want to worry about personal property. With our Estate Sale Partners, the family can take what they want and our Partners will handle everything else. The Estate gets the proceeds.

 (3) Make necessary repairs/improvements: Our Contractors can do any type of work from minor repairs to full renovations. Investing in the right repairs/improvements will allow the property to sell for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. We will tell you exactly what repairs will make the biggest difference to the estate’s bottom line.

Note: Those who are responsible for the Probate Properties may get offers for a “quick sale” – cash buyers willing to purchase properties in “as is” condition with or without the remaining personal property.  These buyers can move quickly but typically pay only 50% to 65% of the home’s value. We will sell the home for full price.
