Role Description
This is a contract role for a Licensed Realtor, located in Cocoa Beach, FL. The Licensed Realtor will work with clients to buy, sell, and rent residential, waterfront, and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting property showings, preparing property listings, negotiating contracts, understanding market trends, and fostering strong client relationships. Real estate professionals at Happy House work closely with clients, guiding them through all aspects of the real estate process to ensure successful transactions.
Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Florida Real Estate License
• Experience in property sales, marketing, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Brevard County real estate market, including Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Merritt Island
• Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools, as well as basic computer and technology skills
• Reliability and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in residential, waterfront, or investment property sales is an advantage
